A 6-week small-group coaching program for photographers ready to build a clearer, more consistent editing identity. You’ll create a personalized Editing Style Guide and a repeatable process you can return to as your work grows.

THE
EDITING
STYLE
SYSTEM
.

You know what you’re drawn to, but recreating it consistently across different galleries, lighting situations, and seasons still feels harder than it should.

You tweak. You second-guess. You get one gallery feeling right, then feel like you’re starting over on the next.

This is not a passive course where you’re left to figure it out alone.

This is a small-group coaching experience built

around your own work.

Each week, you’ll have a focused prompt or guided exercise to complete

before the live call, so you can apply the concepts directly to your own work rather

than just learning them in theory.

You’ll bring your examples, questions, and sticking points into the group, and we’ll use the

calls for feedback, hot seats, troubleshooting, and refining your Editing Style Guide together

so you leave with something that actually reflects your work.

The goal is not to give you a generic formula to copy.

The goal is to help you understand your own editing direction more clearly, see where your work tends to drift, and build a visual reference point you can keep coming back to as your work evolves.

THIS WAS CREATED
FOR YOU IF...

You want your editing to feel like

a recognizable part of your

visual identity.

You’re ready for your galleries to feel more intentional, recognizable,

and aligned.

You’re tired of starting over

with every gallery.

You want a repeatable editing system you can come back to instead of making decisions from scratch.

You know what you’re drawn to,

but need clearer direction.

You have taste, references, and goals, but need help turning them into an editing style that feels like you.

You want to become the

creative director of your own work.

You’re ready to build a visual reference point you can actually use and communicate.

The transformation isn't just better edits.

It's becoming the creative director of your own work instead of reinventing it every time you open Lightroom.

WHAT IS
AN EDITING
STYLE
GUIDE?

Your Editing Style Guide is a personalized visual reference point for your editing direction. It helps you define what you want your work to feel like, recognize where your edits tend to drift, and know what to look for when something feels off. So instead of starting from scratch, you have something you can return to when making editing decisions across full galleries.

INSIDE

THE SYSTEM

By the end, you’ll have built the foundation of your personalized Editing Style Guide and developed a clearer process for making editing decisions, so you’re not reinventing your edit every time you open a new gallery.

Each week, you’ll learn a specific piece of the process, apply it to your own images, and bring your questions, examples, and sticking points to the live call so we can refine it together.

Inside the program:

  • 6 weekly live 90-minute group coaching calls

  • weekly prep prompts and guided exercises

  • editing feedback and hot seats

  • guidance as you build your personalized Editing Style Guide

  • support between calls

  • a small, supportive group of photographers working through similar editing challenges

  • call recordings

YOUR CREATIVE DIRECTION, DOCUMENTED.

This isn’t about creating a static document and calling your editing style finished.

It’s a living visual reference you’ll begin building throughout the six weeks, with a foundation you can continue refining as your work evolves. We’ll use your own images to help you define your editing direction, recognize patterns, understand why something feels “off,” and make more intentional decisions across your galleries.

“Now that I have a solid foundation to work from, I’m no longer second-guessing my process and feel so much more confident and secure in my artistry.”

Working with Nina was an absolute dream.

In a world driven by social media and trends, it’s easy to fall into the comparison game, constantly second-guessing your edits or feeling like your style needs refinement. From the very beginning, working with Nina felt easy and fun.

She makes you feel supported and reminds you that you’re not alone, walking alongside you as you define and refine your editing goals.

Nina has an incredible eye for color. She knows how to break an image down into its core elements, resulting in edits that feel cohesive and intentional. Now that I have a solid foundation to work from, I’m no longer second-guessing my process and feel so much more confident and secure in my artistry.

There’s nobody else I’d trust more than Nina.

Imagine editing like this...

  • You open a new gallery with a clearer sense of where you’re headed.

  • You’re not tweaking every fifth image just because something feels “off.”

  • Different lighting situations still feel connected to your work.

  • Your galleries feel more cohesive from beginning to end.

  • You trust your editing decisions more instead of constantly looking
    for reassurance.

THE PROCESS

6-week container | 6 live calls | Founding cohort
Starts the week of October 5, 2026

Wk 1

Define Your Editing Direction

Identify what you’re drawn to and begin defining the overall feeling you want your edits to have.

Wk 3

Compare + Diagnose

Discover where your edits align, where they drift, and what's creating the disconnect.

Wk 5

Create Cohesion

Apply your direction across different lighting, locations, and galleries.

Wk 2

Build Your Visual References

Turn "I know what I like" into a visual reference point you can actually use.

Wk 4

Refine the Tools

Learn how the Lightroom tools support your creative direction, not define it.

Wk 6

Bring Your Editing Style Guide Together

Pull the pieces together into a visual reference you can continue refining and using as your work evolves.

Each week includes focused work between calls so you can apply what you’re learning to your own images and build your guide as you go. You’ll also have access to a private program space between calls where you can ask questions, share sticking points, and get support as you work through the process.

A QUICK NOTE ON FIT

You don’t need to have everything figured out before joining.

You also don’t need to be luxury, booked-out, or perfectly confident in your editing style.

But this will be most helpful if you already have some experience editing your own work, a few galleries or sessions we can look at together, and some sense of what you’re drawn to or how you want your work to feel.

We need enough of your work and direction to notice patterns, see where things are drifting, and refine from there.

This is not a beginner Lightroom class or a place to collect random tips and tricks. We’ll talk through tools when they support the bigger picture, but the real focus is helping you understand your editing direction, build your visual reference point, and make more intentional decisions across your work.

Join the Founding Cohort

A small, supportive first round designed for thoughtful feedback, real conversation, and close attention to your work.
